Payment and deadlines
Payment deadlines
The full balance of your tuition fees must be paid one month before the start date.
For direct admission undergraduate students, a $200 deposit is required and must be paid directly to DePaul University. Follow the instructions here.
For direct admission graduate students, a $2,000 non-refundable Enrollment Confirmation Fee (ECF) is required upon confirmation. This fee must be paid by credit card before submitting the Intent to Enroll Form (Reply to Offer of Admission). It is payable to DePaul and will be credited toward the student’s first-term tuition. The ECF is non-refundable if the student is not able to enroll at DePaul unless a student is unable to secure a visa. Details about the next steps to confirm your place can be found here.
What happens if you miss a deadline?
It is important to meet all your payment deadlines. If you miss a deadline or have an outstanding balance, you may be placed on hold and barred from attending classes until all payments are made in full.
